Create Your Own Distribution Group
let’s say you always send emails to the same group of people, so you create your own distribution group instead of writing each contact email every time.
Open Outlook à Go to People ( left / bottom pane ) à New Contact Group

New windows open. Create a group name and then add members. You can choose contacts from existing outlook contact, from address book or by creating new member.

After you add the member, you save and close. You can also delete or forward the group. You can add notes and many other options.

Now you can find the created list in your contact list. And then you can use this created distribution list for sending email to.
