Quick Step in Outlook
Quick Steps apply multiple actions at the same time to email messages. This helps you quickly manage your mailbox. For example, if you send weekly or daily reports/ emails you can manage and schedule them by quick step. If you frequently move messages to a specific folder, you can use a Quick Step to move the message in one click. Or, if you forward/reply messages to your manager or peers, a one-click Quick Step can simplify the task.
How to Create a Quick Step in Outlook
1- Open Outlook and ensure that the Home tab is the active one.
2- In the Quick Steps action box, click Create New.

3- In the Edit Quick steps screen, name your Quick Step in the Name text field.
4- Select an Action to assign your new Quick Step.

5- Next we'll assign it a Shortcut key.
6- Click the Finish button to complete the process.
