Conditional formatting is a great tool for visually highlighting cells that contain values meeting conditions you specify, even the simplest colour or shape changes can be hugely beneficial, for example:
• Highlight best and least sales item
• Highlight cells containing specific words
• Highlight the Top 10 or Bottom 10 values in a list
